Terms and conditions

These Terms and conditions apply to product orders placed through the artizanafashion.com online store, operated by Artizana SRL. Please read the Terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. We reserve the right to amend these provisions; the version in force is the one published on the website at the time the order is placed.

1. General provisions

The artizanafashion.com website is owned by Artizana SRL. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the Terms and conditions of sale set out below, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and conditions in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and by the other regulations adopted in accordance with it.

2. Personal data protection

By using artizanafashion.com you agree to the collection and processing of the personal data needed to process, confirm and fulfil orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes: delivering the ordered products, informing you about promotions, statistics (Google Analytics), cookies and notifications or newsletters.

Personal data is stored and used only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

We apply security measures to prevent unauthorised access and to ensure the accuracy and proper use of information. Data transmitted over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully protected, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information sent by the Buyer.

3. Placing and paying for an order

Orders can be paid:

• online by bank card, through the secure maib payment page;
• in cash on delivery — available only for deliveries within the Republic of Moldova.

Orders from outside the Republic of Moldova can be paid only online, by bank card.

Online payments are processed with maximum security. The payment processor uses the 3D-Secure standard: when paying, you are redirected to the secure maib page, where every cardholder confirms the transaction with a one-time code. After payment you will receive a confirmation and the invoice at the e-mail address you provided.

The following details are required to pay:

• card number (16 digits);
• expiry date (month and year);
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits);
• cardholder's first and last name.

Card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are stored only on the payment system's dedicated server. Prices on the website may be shown in other currencies for information, but the transaction is made in Moldovan lei (MDL). If your card currency differs from MDL, the issuing bank's conversion terms apply.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase.

4. Right of return

A customer who wishes to return a product may request a refund of the amount paid, subject to the following conditions:

• products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt;
• products must be in their original condition, unworn, without signs of use, with all tags intact and in the original packaging;
• damaged or worn products, or products showing signs of wear, cannot be returned;
• return costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered product is defective or different from the one ordered;
• refunds are made within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Return requests must be sent by e-mail to mdartizana@gmail.com, stating your full name, phone number, e-mail address and order details. Returns phone: +373 79 909 733.

If the return is approved, the amount is refunded to the card used for the purchase within the time set by the payment processor. For orders paid in cash, the refund method is agreed with the customer.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery is free for orders of 2000 MDL or more; for smaller orders the delivery fee is 90 MDL and is shown before the order is completed.

After you place an order, an Artizana consultant will contact you to confirm the details and the delivery time. For deliveries outside the Republic of Moldova, the cost and delivery time are communicated when the order is confirmed.

When you receive the parcel, please check that it is intact and that the products match your order.

6. Privacy policy

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, Artizana SRL processes personal data in good faith, on a legal basis and in accordance with the law, by automated and manual means, under conditions that ensure the security, confidentiality and rights of the data subjects.

We collect and process only the data provided when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address. This data is used exclusively to administer the website, deliver orders and contact the customer about fulfilling the order, as well as for statistical and marketing purposes.

We do not disclose the data we hold to third parties without the consent of the data subjects and we do not sell it, except as required by law (at the request of public authorities, law enforcement or courts).

We protect personal data against loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorised disclosure. Our employees are required to keep personal data confidential. We do not collect bank card details (number, expiry date); they are processed exclusively by the payment processor.
